"Love it! Wonderful maintenance. We moved here after having a house for over 30 years. Has been the best experience! The complex is very well maintained - landscaping beds mulched and weeded, leaves removed, trash picked up, shared floors mopped, etc. And internal maintenance requests are handled quickly. I had the “needs new water filter” light go off on the fridge. I submitted a request and it was replaced that day."
