"My fiancé and I just resigned our lease for a second year because we have had such a good experience. We have had such minor issues with our unit or the property as a whole and love the space and community of the complex. I especially appreciate the leasing staff. I emailed them recently asking if they could add Diet Coke to the vending machine. They responded very quickly and told me they would reach out to the vendor. When I got home that night, there was a bag hanging on my door with 2 Diet Cokes inside. It was such a small thing, but truly made my day."

The leasing office staff is super nice, proactive, and returns all my calls if they miss one. The building is always clean, smells nice, and all the amenities are well maintained. Parking is super easy and the package room is very secure and easy to use. I can't recommend this place enough, it's been smooth sailing living here."

All the team members are super friendly and Angie has been so impressive and accommodating, I can't thank her enough. I had a rough experience in my last apartment and Angie spent the time to answer all my questions and ensure that my application process went smoothly. She gets things done and gets them done right. I love my apartment and it was the cleanest unit I've seen after getting the keys. There's only been minor maintenance needed, as with any apartment. The maintenance staff are great and tickets are completed within 2 days (or I'm updated on when a part will arrive/be fixed). Everyone who lives here is super friendly, the location is unbeatable, and the building itself seems to be well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking to move to the Ponce City Market/Old Fourth Ward/Beltline Eastside area."
