What fees and deposits are required to move in?
Up-front fees listed include a $25 application fee (required), a $500 deposit (required), and a $250 move-in fee (required, due after move-in). A $250 pet deposit is listed as optional.
Is parking available, and what does it cost?
Garage parking is available. Each apartment includes one complimentary garage parking space per bedroom. Reserved parking is available for $25–$50 per month (optional).
Is the community pet-friendly?
Yes. The community is pet-friendly and allows up to two pets per apartment, with breed restrictions. Pet rent is $35 per month (optional), and a $250 pet deposit is listed (optional).
