"I love living here. Everybody is so friendly. — It's a very well-kept comlex. The way the units are laid out gives a sense of privacy. as well as a variety of floor plans. The complex is located close to I-10 and Corporate Blvd. offering a lot of shopping and dining options. It's also close to campus. It's a very pet-friendly place with a small dog park in the back of the complex. There's no assigned parking, so friends are able to stop by without a lot of commotion about parking arrangements. All of my neighbors are friendly. The staff is very attentive and take care of any issues or concerns right away. With the resident portal, the staff communicates updates, news, and notifications. Another thing that impressed me is that during hurricane season and the most recent freeze, I did not loose power."

"AMAZING, will renew over and over again — I have been here for a little under 2 years and I cannot rave about living here enough. The property is quiet, no real crime or issues at all. Since living here, I have only had 2 minor problems with my units and my maintenance here e-requests were completed within the day. Secondly, the maintenance staff are IMPECCABLE. They are the most kind, helpful, hard working group of men I have ever encountered. They go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. especially Jimmy Bryan. The property manager Kenyetta is responsive helpful in any situation and handles herself with grace and elegance in each encounter. If you're looking for a great place to live this is it. I will continue to renew every single year."
