"Hard to believe a year has already gone by and it's time to renew. Pleased to share I'm not hesitating to do so. In fact I've enjoyed it here so much I'm upgrading to a bigger unit. Even my dog has been more relaxed, happy, talkative, and spends more time outdoors on great walks. After dealing w/ too many outrageous issues at my last apartment and seeing what neglect and bad management is like, it makes me truly appreciate how awesome they are at Canopy on Central. Tickets are resolved promptly."

"I love the edition of having a private parking spot especially when the covers light up at night so when I get home from work I’m not trying to find my way through the dark. The complex is quite and tucked away so I don’t have to worry about any noise issues, nor have I had to deal with any noisy neighbors. I appreciate the maintenance staff that are always one phone call away and are quick to the scene to fixing any issue I might have. There is plenty of space for me to walk my Dog and the apartment even has a couple of those little Dog parks we visit all the time."
