"Conrad at Concord mills is an amazing property with lots to offer but the true gem is the maintenance man Rock. Since me and my family moved in, rock has been efficient and knowledgeable about any request that was put in. He’s friendly and nice and you can tell he loves his work. He’s always waving and telling the residents to have a great day or asking how our day is going. This is a beautiful property because of rock."

"I had to put in a for a service request on yesterday. Little, did I know how quickly the office would be able to get in touch with me. Well, today before 10 am; I received my phone call about my service request. Rock from maintenance, did not waste any time to change my surface light and light inside my stove. Thanks for working so quickly! Shout out also to Roger for getting AC working again from my last service request. And shout out to all of maintenance working hard to maintain cleanliness in our parking lots, side walks and etc."

"I just moved in a few weeks ago and Rock from maintenance attended to my toilet and dishwasher the same day and did a great job. They were also super quick to repair and clean my floors.
