What do I need to bring to my tour?
Each touring adult should bring a valid government-issued photo ID. If you decide to apply, you will need your two most recent pay statements or another form of income verification.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. The community is pet-friendly and allows cats and dogs. A maximum of two pets is allowed per lease, and an Animal Addendum is required. Restrictions, pet rent, fees, and deposits may vary.
How do I apply?

How does the application process work?
An application fee and a deposit (earnest money) place the apartment on hold while screening is completed. Screening verifies credit, rental and criminal history, and household income and can take from a couple of minutes up to five business days.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit (often called earnest money) is required at the time of application to reserve a home. The amount may vary by community and by screening outcome.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes. Centerspace requires renters insurance. If you opt out or your policy doesn’t meet requirements, a monthly renters insurance exemption/non-compliance fee will apply.
Am I responsible for setting up utilities?
Sometimes. If a utility is billed directly by the provider to the resident, the resident is responsible for setting it up. Phone, cable, and internet are the resident’s responsibility. Contact the leasing team for details.
