Prohibited dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. Exotic pets aren’t allowed. A clear photo of any approved animal is required before move-in.

### How much is the application fee and security deposit?
The application fee is $70. The deposit ranges from $400 to $450, and a $100 deposit amount is collected when submitting an application. (A $0 deposit option is available with Rhino.)
