"I have lived here for the past 2 years and my time here has been great. Apartments are pretty spacious and the amenities are very cool. Pool with a lazy river, gym, billiards, even skee ball. The new management here is also much better than the previous. The ladies in the leasing office are very kind and will work with you to fix any problems you have. I talk with Samatha mostly, she is very nice, helpful and very busy helping residents on a day to day basis. Until I decide to buy a home I wouldn’t want to be at any other apartment complex."

"We move into our new unit this weekend and we are so excited! We worked with Mackenzie and Cortland, and they have been great to work with. I do not usually go out of the way to leave a good review, but they deserve 5 stars. Our last place had some issues and the mercantile was happy to help us get in the unit we wanted and was very helpful along the way. We have no complaints and they have continued to help us. We can’t wait to move in!"

"These apartments are absolutely phenomenal! I lived here for a year with my girlfriend and the office staff is so friendly and helpful! I have NEVER had a better experience with an apartment complex! They even helped me to retrieve and package I accidentally had shipped there after I had moved out! If you are debating moving in here, DO IT! You will NOT regret it! On top of all of this they are absolutely gorgeous, location is GREAT and the amenities are unmatched!"
