### How much are the pet fees and monthly pet rent?
Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet. The non-refundable pet fee is $350 per pet.

### Is there a weight limit or breed restrictions for dogs?
There’s no weight limit. Breed restrictions apply, including (and not limited to) Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Belgian Malinois, and Wolf Hybrid. Exotic pets aren’t allowed.

### What parking options are available, and what do they cost?
Open parking is first-come, first-served. Garages start at $125. Additional charges may apply for upgrades and/or additional vehicles.

Select lease terms are available up to 24 months.

### How do residents pay rent?
