Yes. Centerspace requires residents to have renters insurance. If a resident opts out or has a policy that doesn’t meet requirements, a monthly renters insurance exemption/non-compliance fee will apply.
When is rent due and how can I pay it?
Rent is due on the first of every month. Residents can pay via recurring autopayment or one-time online payments through the resident portal and the resident app.
