"Affordable, Well-Maintained Apartment — The complex has been recently updated and the grounds are kept very clean and neat. The parking lot is gated and the size of the complex is perfect. Fellow renters are kind and courteous. Maintenance is very quick and professional. The office staff are professional and they offer online payments. The apartments themselves are a nice size for the rent amount and have been upgraded with new appliances. My pet is allowed to live here and we are both very happy."

"Living at Parc — I enjoyed the time I've live at these apartments 2 years . There wasn't really any concerns and if something did occur it was usually a misunderstanding on my part. The complex is quite almost 24 7. Getting in and out wasn't a big deal. The convenience is worth the cost."
