Yes—up to two pets (dogs/cats) are allowed per apartment. There are no weight or age restrictions. Vaccination records and a photo are required at application. Breed restrictions apply (Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Spitz, Akita, Chow, or mixes of these breeds).

Yes. All apartment homes include in-home laundry appliances (a washer and dryer).
