Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments accepted include ACH, money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and credit cards (fees may apply for credit cards). Cash is not accepted.

"6-Month Update:
After living here for six months now, and having just transferred into a different unit (upgrade), my previous, positive statements remain.
This is a managed, residential facility, so there’s no way it comes without an occasional hiccup; but we still love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone that is considering it, including super-picky people.
Of special note; Tori- she is a treasure and this company is lucky to have her!
We just moved here from Miami and could not be happier. Tori, Rachel and Jack, all with whom we dealt with the most over the last few months, pre-move-in were fantastic. Very responsive and accommodating. We’ve been here for five days now and everything has been excellent. We’re lucky in that we have a top floor, corner-unit in the back and we can’t hear anything- ever! Which is a big plus for me because I’m very noise-sensitive. The apartments aren’t brand new but they’re still modern and fantastic. The gym is by far the best l gym I’ve ever had in a complex, and we are coming from 2.5 years at the new Mondrian Residential tower in Miami, Hallandale Beach- and this gym here at Pacific City is even better. And there are guards and security everywhere which is also fantastic. The underground parking is simple and easy, and I’ve seen security guards inside the garage patrolling multiple times already in just a few short days. The grounds are beautiful and the landscaping and vegetation is incredible. I submitted three maintenance requests this morning and two awesome, friendly gentlemen came up within a few hours and took care of everything. They were very caring and funny!
We are so happy that we picked this place as our new home; no community complex is perfect, but we are pleased beyond belief so far to be here."
