No weight limit. Breed restrictions apply. Restricted breeds (and mixes resembling them) include Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Belgian Malinois, and Wolf Hybrid. Exotic pets aren’t allowed.

### Is the community smoke-free?
Yes. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property.
