### What lease terms are available?
Lease terms range from 3 to 15 months. Short-term leases (3–6 months) have higher monthly rent, and availability varies by apartment.

### What’s the application fee and admin fee?
The application fee is $50 per adult and is nonrefundable. The administration fee is $200 and is paid once at move-in.

### Are utilities included in rent?
Utilities aren’t included in base rent. Electricity and internet are resident-paid. Water, sewer, and trash are billed by usage through Conservice, and valet trash is $25 per month plus a city fee.

### How does parking work?
Open, free parking is available for residents (one vehicle per leaseholder). Reserved spaces are available for $60/month and carports for $75/month. Guest parking is first-come, first-served and requires a pass. Private garages aren’t available.
