"I’ve been living at Somerset for some time now, and my experience has been very positive. Both the leasing office staff and the maintenance team are efficient, responsive, and professional. Whenever I’ve needed help, they’ve addressed issues quickly and with a great attitude. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. In my experience, this community is well-managed, peaceful, and comfortable. Sometimes people who are unhappy are more likely to leave reviews, while those who are satisfied are simply enjoying their home. I’m happy living here and truly appreciate the staff and the overall environment at Somerset. I love my apartment."
