### Are there any pet breed restrictions?
Yes. The community can’t accommodate Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Belgian Malinois, Wolf Hybrid, and mixes resembling these breeds. Exotic pets (such as snakes, rabbits, pigs, ferrets, monkeys, and venomous animals) aren’t permitted.

### Do you offer on-site parking, and what does it cost?
Yes. Garage parking starts at $326, and Garage Premier starts at $352. Additional charges may apply for upgrades and/or additional vehicles.
