"Best in Shreveport — I have loved living at Spring Lake. My sons and I have lived here for 3 years. We are only moving because I bought a house. I have always felt safe, the grounds are well kept, the staff is friendly, and maintenance responds timely. The amenities are great and have been upgraded twice since we moved in. It is quiet and pet friendly. The best apartment complex I have lived in. The location is great as well. I lived in another complex that was the same amount monthly but did not offer the same amenities and it was not safe. I recommend this complex to anyone. It truly feels like home."

"So far, so wonderful — I just moved into this apartment complex and I am thoroughly enjoying it so far. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They all want to make this a good experience for all the residents. There is plenty of storage in the apartments and the rooms are very comfortable. "Peaceful paradise — The office staff is professional, friendly, and compassionate. It’s a nice quiet place to live. I hardly ever hear the train at night it mostly run during day between 3 and 4pm which doesn’t bother me at all. Beautiful Landscape. A lot of tenants are friendly.
