"Excellent office staff Crystal, Brett and Jessica they were all readily available and pleasantly helpful. The property is well maintained and we felt safe here. I enjoyed the numerous community activities and the food trucks. Nestled in Newnan is this hidden gem of a community- Stillwood Farms apartment. Come and enjoy it for yourself, family and friends.

"My doodle, Marie and I have lived here approximately a year and a half and we love our home and our neighbors!
The staff is also amazing. Especially, Crystal and Jessica in the office. They have gone above and beyond for me several times when I’ve been somewhat problematic.
And they are always doing fun things for the community.
And our maintenance guys Patrick and David are the absolute best! Very top tier guys and keep everything around our homes, pool and grounds very orderly and maintained."

"I cannot speak highly enough of the team that runs this apartment complex.
Brett at the leasing office had been so easy to contact and reach when I was looking for a place. Answered always, and if I missed him he called back. Friendly and honest. Got me all the info I needed and even snapped a video for me of the unit. Very nice guy.
Crystal at the leasing office had been very welcoming and accommodating since i moved in. Always greeting me with a smile and happy to help me.
Pat from maintenance has been great! I had a couple of things to fix since I moved in. When I put the requests on the portal, they came within the hour and fixed everything. Truly impressed!
We all know the leasing office and maintenance make or break the experience and livelihood of renting. But for once, this team is running things right!

From the most accommodating staff, to the best facilities, spacious floor plans and most inviting neighbors!!!
Brett & Crystal facilitated my leasing process last year and made my move-in super fast and efficient, answering any questions I had along the way! Jessica, property manager, is also so very kind and supportive, always willing to lend a helping hand! Patrick & Andy work extremely hard to ensure all maintenance needs are met, not only within the property as a whole, but they offer individualized attention to each resident with quick response time and lots of helpful feedback!!
