### What are the office hours?
Office hours are Tuesday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. The office is closed on Monday.

### Do you allow pets, and how many?
Yes. Two pets are welcome per home.

### How much are the pet fees and monthly pet rent?
Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet. The non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet.

### Are there any dog weight limits or breed restrictions?
There’s no dog weight limit. Breed restrictions apply, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Belgian Malinois, and Wolf Hybrid (and mixes resembling these breeds). Exotic pets aren’t permitted.

### Is parking available, and what does it cost?
Yes. Each resident is assigned a reserved standard or premier space. Standard starts at $15 (1 space per person), premier starts at $20, garages start at $155, and garage premier starts at $185. Additional charges apply for upgrades and/or additional vehicles. Studio and Design 1A homes are limited to one parking space.

### What lease length options do you offer?
Select lease terms are available up to 24 months.

### What do I need to apply for an apartment?
Each person age 18 or older who will live in the home must complete an application. After submitting, you may be asked for documentation related to income and identity.

### Do I need renters insurance?
Liability coverage is required. Coverage can be obtained through AIR Communities or a third-party provider.
