There are no weight restrictions. The following breeds are not permitted: Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, and Pit Bull (including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Bull Terrier).

Is parking available, and how much does it cost?

Yes. Gated covered deck parking is available for $60 per space per month (first-come, first-served). Reserved EV charging parking spaces are listed at $100 per month, and reserved parking is listed at $125 per month.

The non-refundable application fee is $75 per applicant. A $350 reservation fee is required to secure an apartment after pre-approval.
