What lease term options are available?
Lease terms range from 3 to 15 months. Shorter leases may have higher rent, and promotions typically apply to 12-month terms. Short-term/corporate leases may be limited by floor plan.
What are the application and administrative fees?
The application fee is $50 per adult, and there is a $200 nonrefundable administration fee due at move-in. First month’s rent (or a prorated amount) is due at move-in.
How much is the security deposit and is there a deposit waiver?
Security deposits typically range from $500 to $1,500 depending on screening. Deposit waiver options are listed as $49/month for standard approval and $79/month for conditional approval.
Are utilities included in rent?
Utilities are not included in base rent. Water, sewer, and trash are billed through Conservice with an itemized monthly bill. Electricity must be set up independently. "Well, I move Here to the Brandt From Las Vegas Nevada in 2023 my first Home in Texas I had a two bedroom two bath on the third floor high ceilings upgraded very nice. It’s very quiet over there. I had no issues. I felt safe. I have fell asleep with my door unlocked and no one have come in. They keep up with the landscape outside the pool area is very nice and I love the fact that they have the parcel boxes for your packages in case you’re worried, but if not, I have had a package set on my porch for a couple of days and no one touched it unfortunately I did have to move back to the West Coast so after two years of being here it was so sad to say goodbye. Alyssa is the best when you go and ask for her, she will get you right and I’m pretty sure you will enjoy your stay as I did."
