"I have lived in Jax a long time. Saw this property and fell in love. Love the trees and the leasing staff is so fun and lovely. Everyone was smiling and it was an amazing feeling to see them being such great friends and helping each other. The maintenance also had a conversation with me and assured me I would be taken care of. Everyone at that property cared about what their job is. Such a different vibe from everywhere else I have toured. Loved it!"

"Been a pleasure living here for several years now. Staff is very friendly, responsive, and takes care of the property. Brie is always a pleasure to work with as are the entire staff in the leasing office and maintenance team. Close proximity to St. Johns Town Center, Tinseltown movie theatre, and tons of restaurants/stores of all kinds. Quiet, friendly neighbors. Highly recommend."
