"I have been a resident here since October 2022. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. New owners took over at the end of the year and have been making many improvements to the property. I’m am pleased with what they are doing. They also replaced some of the staff who are very friendly and helpful. they have even instituted a weekly food truck days and have contests In Which you can win prizes. I love it."

"I toured yesterday and Courtney and Gloria were wonderful! Courtney was super attentive to what my deal breakers were as far as what floor and allowed me to ask a million questions as my husband and I prepare for a super quick move! The apartment was beautiful, and I was also super impressed with the landscaping and flowers all over! It was so clean and fresh! The pool was also super cute and I definitely think our 19mth old will enjoy it! Great experience!"

"Good management, super fast on maintenance requests, and great customer service. Jack at the leasing office has been super helpful and answered all my questions. Jane has been fantastic and has handled all my concerns and issues without any trouble. I'm always greeted as a friend when I come in to the office. The apartment was easy to move in and live in. Great neighbors, fitness room, and saltwater pool! Trash service is super convenient and the amenities are always kept clean. I would highly recommend!"
