""I have lived at this complex for over 6 years and every time I have an experience with the maintenance team has been a delight. I have run-ins with Jonah many times and every time his customer service and knowledge go above and beyond. I remember one instance when we had a pipe burst in the apartment next to mine at around midnight. Jonah came to and took control of the situation and also went above and beyond to help the man next door find a place to sleep for the night and came back the next day to check on all apartments around the apartment with the issue.""
