### How much is the security deposit?
Security deposits vary by home. Deposit amounts shown include $150 for 1-bedroom floor plans and $250 for 2-bedroom floor plans.

### Is the community pet-friendly, and what are the pet fees?
Pets are allowed—1 animal per home. Cats and dogs have a $400 one-time fee and $20 monthly pet rent. Dogs have a 50 lb max weight, and breed restrictions apply. Pets must be at least 12 months old. Either a cat or a dog is allowed (not both).
