Pets are allowed—up to 2 pets per apartment home. The pet fee is $350 per pet, and pet rent is $25 per month per pet. RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREED” policy with restricted breeds including (and not limited to) Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull types, Huskies, Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Wolf Hybrids.

The application fee is $75 per applicant (18 or older), and there is a $200 administrative fee.
