"1st let me start by saying I transfered from trevento due to unhealthy live situations. When I viewed this apartment I was amazed!! I am paying less rent over here for a much bigger and better apartment. I've been dealing with Ms Michelle and Ms Yadira and they have gone over and beyond to help with my transferr. I would also like to tell yall about their customer service because it cannot be without said. These two women have patience like I've never seen before. Even though they didn't create my problem they tried every which way to solve it. At on point I got so frustrated that I went off on Yadira, which she did not deserve at all, but when I say she dealt with me like a pro I have never seen such a person speak to me in the way she did when I go off. She stayed polite she gave me time to calm my self she didn't make the situation worse it's like she had some type of special training lol. At this point I feel like she should teach a class on customer service how we'll she handled herself. I apologize from the bottom of my heart cause like I said it wasn't her mistake she just caught the backlash. So with that being said... YES!!!! It is safe to live here. The people are professional and they truly want you to live comfortably I do appreciate the move and can see myself being here for as long as they are here thanks Ms. Michelle and Yadira"
