The non-refundable application fee is $35 per applicant.

### Is there a reservation fee to hold an apartment?
A $350 reservation fee is required when pre-approved. $150 applies toward the administrative fee and $200 is credited toward your move-in balance. Applicants have 72 hours after selecting an apartment to withdraw and receive a full refund of the reservation fee.

### What is the minimum security deposit?
The refundable security deposit starts at $300 (subject to change based on credit review during the application process).

### What are the monthly bundled fees besides rent?
Residents pay a $49/month Home Essentials Bundle (trash, pest control, package handling, pool monitor/services/global maintenance/courtesy officers, and community liability reimbursement). Water and sewage are separately billed based on usage. Protect The Apartment (PTA) Entry Level is mandatory at $10/month.

### What is the pet policy and what are the pet fees?
Pets are allowed (max 2 per apartment). The one-time pet fee is $200 per pet and the refundable pet deposit is $200 per pet, with no monthly pet rent. Pets must be screened through PetScreening.com and an annual fee per pet is paid directly to PetScreening.com. Breed restrictions apply, including Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, and Pit Bull-type breeds.

### Is parking available, and can I rent a garage?
Open parking is available. Garages are also available to rent, including EV charging garages (availability and pricing vary).
