You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You represent that you have the authority to bind the company or property portfolio you represent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share access credentials or use another user’s account.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse or reverse-engineer the dashboard.
• Not upload or share illegal, misleading, or infringing content.
• Comply with all relevant laws, including Fair Housing compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and data generated by LeasingAI are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Fees & Billing

Access to certain premium features (e.g., Prompt Tester, advanced visibility insights) may require payment. Pricing and billing terms are outlined in your service agreement. 

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, though refunds may not apply unless stated in your agreement.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties. We do not guarantee listing placement or visibility in any GenAI platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
