"I just started my second lease here! After living in many different cities, Central Station is the best housing I’ve had and it has been a big reason I love Orlando. Because of it’s downtown location I was easily immersed into the city (I didn’t know Orlando offered much outside the theme parks). The amenities are also modern and stylish. The gym is 2-stories and open 24/7. The clubhouse, pool, and roof terrace are amazing. When using these amenities it really doesn’t feel like you’re at an apartment complex. The staff are friendly and helpful, but very professional (Nakia, Rahneil, Angie, Victoria, and maintenance). Someone always seems to be available and it’s convenient to have on-site maintenance.Hopefully I can get another year here!! 😁"

"I've lived at Central Station for 30 months. The new management team from American Landmark really made the building a better place to live. While Management takes time to respond to emails (usually within 24-48 hrs), they are accessible in person, friendly, approachable, and the best property management team I've dealt with out of all 4 apartment I lived in.The maintenance team was one of the fastest and friendliest -- responded to requests within 24 hours every time, fixed the issue, and always greeted me when bumping into them on the property. The team did really did a good job fixing the roof patio to make it a better space and made parking more accessible for guests. The only complaint was the switching of the curtains, which was not the fault of on-site management but their national team. They also do not nickel and dime you at all and are very transparent. If you are looking for a nice apartment and good management, this is the place to live in Orlando."
