What are the office hours?

Office hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The office is closed Sunday and Monday.

Are pets allowed, and what are the pet fees?

Yes—pets are allowed (cats and dogs). Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Pet deposit is $300 per pet (refundable) and pet rent is $60 per pet per month. There’s no non-refundable pet charge.

Are there any pet restrictions?

Cats and dogs are allowed. Prohibited dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. Exotic pets aren’t allowed. A clear photo of any approved animal is required before move-in.

How much is the application fee and security deposit?

The application fee is $70. The deposit ranges from $400 to $450, and a $100 deposit amount is collected when submitting an application. (A $0 deposit option is available with Rhino.)

What lease terms are available?

Lease terms from 3 to 13 months are available.

What parking options are available and how much do they cost?

Parking garage spaces are $200 per month. Motorcycle parking is $75 per month. Guest parking isn’t available, and guests use street parking.

Is bike storage available?

Yes. Bike storage is available for $5 per month.

What monthly utilities or recurring charges should I expect?

Trash is $30 per month and is billed separately.
