What are your lease terms?
The Victor offers 12–18 month lease terms, with some flexibility. Short term lease fees may apply; contact the leasing office for details.
What fees should I expect at move-in?
Typical fees listed include a $50 application fee per applicant, a $250 admin fee, and a security deposit based on credit (standard $400). Pet fees may apply.
What utilities are included or bundled?
Trash, AT&T Fiber Internet, pest control, and amenity access are included in a monthly smart bundle for $125/month. Residents set up electric individually, and water/sewer are billed based on usage.
Is The Victor pet-friendly?
