What are the application fee, admin fee, and security deposit?
The application fee is $53 per adult applicant (due at application). The admin fee is $250 (due upon move-in). The deposit is $350 (or $0 when enrolled with Rhino).
Are pets allowed, and what are the pet fees?
Pets are allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Pet deposit is $0 per pet (refundable). Pet charge is $500 per pet (non-refundable). Pet rent is $45/month per pet. Dog weight limit is 60 lbs; cats have no weight limit. Dogs are only allowed in the Townhomes and The Commons, not The Towers.
Is parking available, and how much does it cost?
Yes. Parking garage (reserved) is $285/month, parking garage is $235/month, and parking lot is $165/month (Commons Parking Lot).
