"I was in a difficult situation when a private landlord decided to put the condo on the market and not renew my lease. I heard... great things about the Wesley Townsend and decided to take a look. Jim (Community Manager) was just a delight to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to match me with a perfect unit. My move-in was seamless. Everyone was great about helping me make arrangements and being there to guide me on the day I moved in the building. You should note that Jim's position is "Community Manager" versus a property manager you find in other places. He and his team really do everything in their power to create that community vibe. I have found all the residents to be friendly and care about the residence. I would highly recommend the Wesley Townsend to anyone looking for a convenient location and a diverse resident base to make new friends."

"We really love living here and seems like between home purchases we always end up back here! You will not find a quiter place... with respectful neighbors and a fantastic manager! The whole staff is great actually. The pool is gorgeous and you do not have people blasting music or getting crazy, just a peaceful oasis. My only wish list would have been for a co-working space bec. I get tired of working alone all day : ) Can't wait to see the new decor. The time will come when we must move but we never rule out moving back here again if the need arises. This place encourages pet owners to clean up, which is actually a law!!-but no property enforces it. Here is good. No smoking issues. No "boom boom", just quiet. There may be an exception but if so, I have not heard of it and I know Jim would 100% handle it quickly. FYI- the pics do NOT do the VIEWS justice. OR the space! Best of luck!"

"I am so happy to call Wesley Townsend home. The customer service is superb. Jim, Billy, and the staff here are exceptional.... Jim and the rest of the staff do an incredible job making the residents feel right at home and are super attentive to any potential issues. They host monthly events (e.g. bingo, catered events, etc.) and provide us with breakfast often! My neighbors are pretty awesome too. I love that although we live in a city high-rise, people actually know each other and always greet one another with a smile and by name. The location is perfect, I love my apartment, and I love the trails that are within walking distance. I highly recommend living here!"

"I lived in Wesley Townsend in 2014 when my house sold quickly and my new home was being completed. I was there for a year... and loved the building, the community feel, the care and maintenance provided by the staff. Jim Stabler showed me the apartment back then and introduced me to all the buildings amenities. Last weekend I visited the Wesley Townsend Apartment again. If my home sells quickly again, I am considering relocating to the building again for another year. The building looks great, same care and great value for a mid-high rise apartment building. It has a very warm, comfortable feel and is in a great location. Now it has the advantage of being close to the beltline. Jim Stabler is back and gave a great tour of the building, providing insight into the building and all the modifications that have occurred since I last lived there. You truly can see how well this building is managed and maintained. I felt like I was “home” again"
