Cats: max 2; $250 one-time fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Dogs: max 2; $250 one-time fee and $30 monthly pet rent. There’s a 50 lb weight limit, and Pit Bulls, Chows, and Rottweilers aren’t permitted. Exotic pets are allowed if kept in an enclosure and not poisonous. Aquariums over 30 gallons aren’t allowed.
